In terms of active users, the app maintained a relatively stable user base, hovering between 197K and 236K, with a noticeable peak at 236K in late August.

The FNB Banking App had a more consistent download trend, with weekly downloads ranging from 3.5K to 4.3K. Active users showed a slight decline from 319K at the beginning of the quarter to around 298K by the end of September, indicating a gradual decrease in user engagement over the period.

The app's active users saw a positive trend, growing from 19K at the beginning of the quarter to approximately 25K by the end of September.
